You are encouraged to drink up lots of water, in lieu of eating any food that pass your front. Yea, I totally agree. It helps reduce the build up of fat in your body.
Also, another secret I found out is that, late night meals must be a no go area for you, especially if you are looking for shape. I recommend any thing from 8:30pm and above – STOP EATING!!!
If not, all the food will get converted directly into storage, ie more fats in your body!. Instead buy cucumber or carrots, and keep it around if you know you like eating late.
