CMD LASUTH Bags Fellowship of European Society of Cardiologist

prof-wale-okeChief Medical Director, Lagos State University Teaching Hospital LASUTH, Prof. Wale Oke recently bags Fellowship of the European Society of Cardiologist (FESC), by election in Rome, Italy at the 2016 Congress of the Society.
The Congress elected Oke as one of the new Fellows at the worlds’ largest cardiovascular congress of multinationals with faculty abstract presenters,sister societies and cardiology experts from 140 countries.
The CMD, a professor cardiology expressed joy on his election describing it as fulfilment of professional dream come through in his life time and gift for his hardwork and commitment to professionalism.
According to him, “this election at the biggest gathering of Cardiologists is one that brings joy to my heart and my decision to specialise in this medical line to be celebrated at the biggest stage in my area of professional calling as a choice well made”.
This new height is the latest in the feathers added to the cap of the head of the teaching hospital who few months ago was decorated as a Fellow of the Chattered Institute of Administration of Nigeria, in Ikeja, Lagos.
