It has become neccessary to advice all intending members hoping to attend the 32nd Congress of the IFBLS holding in Kobe, Japan from 31st August – 4th September 2016, to request from the Organizers originally signed letter of invitation upon registration. This is because the Embassy of Japan will/does not accept any invitation letter generated from the internet.
