This is to inform the general public that the above named association has applied to the Corporate Affairs Commission for amendment of its entire constitution and change of name.

Old Name: ASSOCIATION FOR REPRODUCTIVE AND FAMILY HEALTH, IBADAN

New Name: ASSOCIATION FOR REPRODUCTIVE AND FAMILY HEALTH

Any objection to the amendment of the constitution and/or change of name should be forwarded to the Registrar-General Corporate Affairs Commission, Plot 420 Tigris Crescent, Off Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama, Abuja within 28 days of this publication.
