To build trust within an organization, driving a person harder(epinephrine) will not be as effective in the long term as drawing people together(oxytocin). It requires building a network of persistent credibility amongst workers achieved by the oxytocin action. In building a trust network, effective communication, being trusting and trustworthy is imminent. So in whatever institution you find yourself, try to build a trust network. We all have oxytocin, even men!
