It really saddens me when I realise that I may not be posting as much as I used to on here. I would never agree, even within myself, when I say I am to busy, to compose a post for our esteemed readers. But at the moment, I am deep in preparation for the Madonna Central Choir organised Carol of ‘Exsultate Jubilate’, billed to hold on Saturday, that is two days from the time of composing this post.
I love music, especially of the classical genre. It is a proven fact that good music foster the bond in any particular group, at any point in time. It is also good for the brain and soul.
I happen to be a pretty good tenor (confession of my admirers), and sometimes I surprise myself. So when I was chosen to be among the select few tenors to feature in this year’s event, I was more than honoured. I have since then buried myself in learning the correct lyrics, character and spirit of each note in the chosen songs.
So please pardon me for abandoning you my dear readers and look at the brighter side… which would be a complete narrative and picture album of how the Christmas Carol turned out to be. It is going to be the biggest carol ever, do you agree?
In the mean time…
